Troy Chowderfest 2015
Going into its ninth year for 2015, the Troy Chowderfest welcomes chowder-lovers throughout Capital Region to come out and judge who has the best chowder in the area. On Sunday, October 11th restaurants and vendors from across the Capital Region fill Monument Square, with decorated booths and all sorts of creative chowders and goodies. Participating donwtown Troy restaurants will be distributing chowder from their establishments. It’s a full day of fall food, live music, and family fun!
Prizes are awarded for best seafood, vegetarian, most original and overall favorite – judged by a secret panel of local restaurant critics. Festival-goers are able to vote on the coveted ‘People’s Choice’ award.
Here’s How It Works:: $1=One ticket=1 cup of chowder.Limit 20 tickets per person.
