The Huntington’s Disease Society of America invites you to attend the second annual Corks & Forks – sponsored by Empire Wine & Liquor Outlet along with the Albany Society for the Advancement of Philanthropy. At this intimate affair attendees will savor an array of over 100 fine wines and a series of delectable hors d’hoeuvres and desserts. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on event tickets, dining gift cards, jewelry and more at the silent auction.

Tickets can be purchased online. $100 per person – space is limited to 125 people. Tickets will not be available at the door.
