Rules

GENERAL RULES

  • All backpacks and coolers are subject to inspection.
  • No pets (except for service dogs)
  • No bicycles, skateboards or scooters.
  • No firearms or weapons.
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the fairgrounds or the parking lots.
  • No smoking inside of barns, buildings or museums.
  • No distribution or display of political materials or other unsolicited literature.
  • No Drones on the Fairgrounds

RIDE POLICY

  • Some Midway rides have certain height requirements.
    Limited rides are available for children 36″- 48″.
  • Children under 36″ cannot ride on Midway rides,
    but there is a Kiddie Playground available.
  • No bare feet, flip flops, sandals or open toed shoes on most rides.
  • The Altamont Fair and the Dreamland Amusements make every effort to provide an exceptional ride experience; however, there may be occasions when rides are temporarily of out of service.
  • No refunds.
