Rules
GENERAL RULES
- All backpacks and coolers are subject to inspection.
- No pets (except for service dogs)
- No bicycles, skateboards or scooters.
- No firearms or weapons.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the fairgrounds or the parking lots.
- No smoking inside of barns, buildings or museums.
- No distribution or display of political materials or other unsolicited literature.
- No Drones on the Fairgrounds
RIDE POLICY
- Some Midway rides have certain height requirements.
Limited rides are available for children 36″- 48″. - Children under 36″ cannot ride on Midway rides,
but there is a Kiddie Playground available. - No bare feet, flip flops, sandals or open toed shoes on most rides.
- The Altamont Fair and the Dreamland Amusements make every effort to provide an exceptional ride experience; however, there may be occasions when rides are temporarily of out of service.
- No refunds.
