About Orchids
Orchid is the pet name of Rosemarie Coleman given to her by her grandmother. Rosemarie was born and raised in Trench town Kingston, Jamaica. She learned to cook during her formative years and cooking became her passion. Rosemarie’s father Lascelles Perkins is a well known Reggae singer. The new Orchid’s will provide fine dining serving authentic Jamiacan cuisine, Caribbean style foods and classic Southern American cooking, (Soul Food), prepared daily with all fresh ingredients. Buffet on Sunday’s between 8 AM thru 5 PM. (limited Menu). Regular dining after 5 PM.
